"WCR WEB Sites" means all websites, as well as external web pages, blogs, forums and web content, accessible through domains and subdomains, always owned or managed exclusively by WCR; "Customer" means the person who registers on the "WCR WEB sites" and completes the purchase procedure and the Customer may or may not coincide with the person who uses the purchased service; "Driver/Participant/User" means the person who actually uses the service and experiences driving a SuperCar, or as a passenger in the case of the Breathtaking Ride; "Pilot/Co-Pilot/Instructor" means the qualified person who during the Technical Briefing, Driving Course and/or during the Driving Session (as they sit next to the Driver) gives driving directives/instructions to experience in complete safety; "Guest/Companion" means the person with whom the Driver shares the racetrack experience (without clearly driving the car or accessing the Supercars as a passenger); "Guest Pass" means the entrance ticket that must be purchased to access our events as a Guest to accompany Participants and share the racetrack experience with them; "Event" means the day when WCR sets up and organizes the host structure (racetrack) to allow Participants to use the purchased service and additional services connected to it; "Driving Experience" means driving on track at the wheel of a Supercar within the host circuit, carried out during an event; "Convocation" means the communication sent to the Customer by email, up to 3 days before the event, indicating the time and day when they must present themselves at the Racetrack, a reminder of the documents to be shown and a brief summary of how the experience will take place; "Invitation" means the communication sent as a reminder of the event to the Customer in possession of an Open Date or Fixed Date package at that specific Circuit; "Lap" means the section of track covered starting from the pits and returning to the pits; "Straight" means the section of the circuit/racetrack that follows a straight course, without curves; "Reconnaissance lap" means the lap in WCR cars (shuttles, vans, minivans or SUVs from 5 to 12 seats or other) driven by a Pilot to show Drivers and Guests the entire circuit; "Pits" means the hospitality area that welcomes the Team, participants and companions, located immediately after the starting line, with direct visibility of the track; "Pit-lane" means the lane where the Teams are, which deviates from the track and is intended for vehicles going to the pits (often parallel to the circuit straight); "Technical briefing" also called "brief theoretical sports driving course" means the set of theoretical notions for safe driving, given by the Pilot/Instructor before getting on board the cars; "Driving Session" means the time spent in the car at the wheel of the SuperCar and can last from 1 to several laps; "Open bar" means a welcome buffet for Drivers and Guests, consisting of sweet and savory snacks, drinks, water excluding coffee, served or self-service – not available at all racetracks; "Costs and Expenses incurred by the Customer" means all those costs and expenses that the Driver and/or Companions incur to reach the racetrack and experience on track (eg: transfer, travel, hotel, restaurant, parking); "Gift Card" means a digital voucher of the indicated value that expires in 36 (thirty-six months) to which discount codes cannot be applied and cannot be used in cases of automatic discount and sale periods in the cart/check-out, such as occurs during Black Friday, Cyber Monday or other discount occasions.
